RAEDI assists businesses in the Rochester area secure the private and public resources needed to execute their growth plans. Since 2013, and thanks to partnerships with City of Rochester and Mayo Clinic, RAEDI runs an incubator for healthcare companies and a public seed fund. Through these programs, our companies have generated 150 new jobs and attracted $170M in funding.

What RAEDI Offers the Ecosystem:

  • Seed Funding: RAEDI runs two early-stage investment funds that are active investors in companies based in the region; combined, these funds invest $1M every year

  • Business incubator space: 3,000 sq ft of flexible space for medical startups, with private offices and executive conference room

  • Network connections to service providers, complimentary funding sources, and technical expertise

  • Technical expertise in medical startups
